After-sale service
We promise to provide two years warranty for free maintenance of our products and full life tracking service.
- During the warranty period, we will repair the equipment units free of charge unconditionally if the problem caused by product quality or installation. but we will take no responsibility if the problem caused by disobeying operation instructions or under the irrevocable exterior factors stipulated by our country.
- We promise a full life tracking service. When the warranty expires, we can continue to provide maintenance service for whole life of the equipment and certain service cost will be charged
- Upgrading software service will be free of charge
We will give the quick response to repairing and helping, we promise to send the technician to help testing and repairing on site within 36 hours after we get cusotmer's requests - We will finish repairing within 5 days after the problem equipment sent back to us .
- Training
The purpose of training is to give the system operator a full training course so that he can expertly control the system and handle some basic malfunctions or system failure in the future operation. The training course is divided into two phases, with one trainee will be trained. The two phases of the training is as follows:
1.Basic Training
The main content of the training:
- Basic knowledge of computer
- Basic operational principle of LED displays
- The making of the screen program, the operation of playing software, monitoring software and the competition software
- Daily maintenance and safety regulations
2. On-site training:
This training targets at the training of the operation and problems-dealing of the system of the trainee. And the main content of the training are as follows:
- Installation of system software
- Function of the equipment and the correct usage of the equipment
- Inspection, adjustment and test of the equipment, the usage of frequently-used measuring equipment and instruments
- Earthing and anti-radar of the system
- Daily maintenance of the displayed information
- Common software malfunction disposal
- Common hardware malfunction disposal
- Maintenance of the system
- Participating in installation
The training place will be the installation site, and the training content will go along with the installation, debugging and test of the system. System operators are required to join in the installation and debugging of the system.
